All lots are cable and telephone ready. You are responsible for your own hookups and billing with the companies.

Reservations for each year are accepted after February 1st.

Rent includes electric, water and sewer charges per month except annuals.

Two adults maximum per unit.

5.
|
One adult must be 55+ with the minimum age 40 years old.

|
One small pet is permitted with a maximum weight of 20lbs at maturity and must be leashed and attended at all times while outdoors.

7.
|
Facilities include showers, bathrooms, swimming pool, laundromat, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes and Recreation Hall with planned activities.

8.
|
Vehicles are limited to one (1) additional vehicle. Certain vehicles may require prior approval.

9.
|
The first month's payment is required to reserve an RV site.
